Infused vodkas are the draw here (my favorite is the dill), which you sample carefully, as they serve them straight. I’m also a big fan of the borscht; it somehow makes a lovely side to the tipples (or a pre-theater meal). Many nights, a live pianist will be accompanying your drinking.
