Just outside the park on Lake Quinault, this stately lodge, on the southwesterly side of the park, is a great option for people looking for a high degree of civilization in an out-of-the-way setting. Originally built in 1926, Quinault offers guest quarters that sport a more contemporary look than its peers inside park boundaries, but subtly so, and many rooms have fireplaces. There are several more rustic units in the Boathouse annex, along with the most upscale suite on the premises, which occupies the entire second floor of the structure.
