Boškinac, which is part of a small hotel of the same name, serves creative Mediterranean cuisine, prepared with local seasonal produce. The menu changes several times during the year—for an overview of the chef’s skills, opt for the degustation menu, which might include delights such as wild asparagus lasagna with smoked cheese and prosciutto; monkfish with cauliflower, polenta cream, and fennel; and Pag lamb with broccoli cream and potato.
