Paradiso delle Madonie
This is one of the few modern structures found in these parts, albeit totally reconverted from an old building. In the historic center of Castelbuono, rooms are spacious with basic yet well-kept furnishings; the second-floor rooms have balconies facing the main road. Bathrooms are shower-only. Its only drawback is that it's rated as a four-star hotel, when it should really be three, but the courtesy makes up for the "missing" star.
