This restaurant makes a regular appearance in the Michelin guide, and is well located in the Joantho gardens near the bottom of the funicular, with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the greenery, and a terrace for summer days. Brothers Patrick and Laurent Ithurriague have done a good job of updating the menu while retaining its traditional focus on local Pyrénées ingredients.
