One of an increasing number of wine bars that is helping liven up Pau’s nightlife, this is right in the center of town. The food is mainly tasting plates and tapas (French-style, which means charcuterie and cheese), and the wine list excellent, focusing as you would hope on southwest France. On most weekends, the restaurant hosts small, relaxed live music sessions.
