Dharma Blue

Though there’s no one definition for the concept of “Dharma”,  acting in a virtuous manner is one of them. And that’s what you do when you dine here, because the restaurant donates a portion of every bill to an organization that feeds the hungry in Pensacola. Occupying a cozy Victorian home overlooking Seville Square in Historic Pensacola Village, Dharma Blue is the kind of place with local art on the walls, and an expansive menu with everything from sushi to panko crusted fresh catch of the day on it. At brunch its chicken and waffles or its shrimp and grits are the way to go, but all the offerings here are consistently tasy. The only downside to dining at Dharma Blue? Your meal will be a loud one (they need to improve their sound baffling).
