It’s not often that a pizza place ranks as one of the most famous restaurants in a city, but this little downtown hole in the wall is exactly that. Chef/owner Chris Bianco has a huge reputation both here in the Valley and across the nation. The good news is that there’s no longer the 2-hour wait. You can judge for yourself whether the rustic, brick-oven pizzas are worthy of their rep. (I think so.) Bianco’s signature pizza might be the Rosa, with red onion, Parmesan, rosemary, and crushed pistachios.
