Opt for a table on the terrace of this atmospheric restaurant, which was created from a defunct water mill. You'll be served a typical Sicilian lunch (the only meal offered) evocative of the plains of central Sicily. The good, homemade country cooking may include tagliatelle alla Boscaiola (with minced beef in a zesty tomato sauce laced with cream, fresh peas, and mushrooms); stewed rabbit with olives, capers, and tomatoes; and homemade pork sausages. It's quite a convenient place to stop if you're in town to see the mosaics.
