Hotel Villa Casa Blanca
A friendly staff, a serene setting slightly uphill from Playa Ocotal, and a nice pool area are all good reasons to pick the Casa Blanca, along with the reasonable nightly rate. But this is not the place for those who hanker for swank, or even new, furnishings (it doesn’t get more basic than this, and some of the bathrooms are in lousy shape, with chipped and stained tiles).
