Even though it’s in a small strip mall, this is easily the town’s most elegant and creative restaurant. The service is top-notch, the setting romantic (local cane ceiling, soft lighting, neutral colors) and the food is leaps and bounds better than what you’ll get elsewhere in the area. Citron does particularly well by sea bass, usually served with orzo and a Catalan sauce or stir fried in a wok. Other star dishes include the tenderloin and Portobello risotto in red-wine reduction, and the vanilla crème brûlée, which is made with local organic vanilla. There’s outdoor seating on a broad, open deck, but the daytime heat and nighttime bugs often make this a less-than-ideal option.
