In 2010, Brian Gough of Seattle started the popular Longboards barbecue place just up the street, then he sold that and opened the Surf Shack in 2014. His philosophy: “Make good food, make it fast, and give it to people at a good price.” If you’re from the U.S. and craving some comfort food, this place will make you feel right at home with a pound of hot buffalo wings, a Blue Ribbon Blue Cheese Burger or a Hang 10 hot dog with bacon, cheese, jalapeños, pineapple relish, tomato, onion, and dill pickle.
