This is one of the finer dining spots in Ponce, a not particularly trendy place but one that serves a good meal. It specializes in steaks, seafood and fine wines and delivers on all three. Our picks include the glorious chateaubriand, pistachio-crusted lamb chops, and the very fine risottos (including some based on island staples like pigeon pea and pumpkin). There appetizers are a bit more unusual, including a scallop mango ceviche and langoustines over root vegetable mash.
