Delicious fresh fish and other seafood are served in basic island style from this restaurant hanging out over the Caribbean Sea. The views stretch for miles and you can almost see your fish being pulled from the waters below. There’s sweet Caribbean lobster, a mixed grilled seafood platter, Puerto Rican classics like mofongo stuffed with seafood, and fried whole red snapper. Primo desserts include a variety of flans and a rich chocolate mousse. The guava and cheese is also a good choice if there’s still wine left. Pito’s is the best of a string of restaurants that line Highway 2 where it hugs the Caribbean Sea in a gentle curve in sector Las Cucharas.
