Buffalo wings are served crispy and mouth-melting—assuming you can stand the heat—at this informal wing joint. Sample the sauces before you order; spicy peanut and bourbon chipotle are my favorites, while "El Jefe" should come with a fire extinguisher. (To counter the spice, all of the wings are served with sides of blue cheese and ranch dressing.) If you're in the mood for something healthy, the menu offers both salads and vegan "wings," but you can balance that out with a deep-fried Twinkie for dessert. Since wings are an inherently messy meal, kids will feel right at home. The restaurant brews its own ales and lagers, and it's a lively place to catch Blazers games in season.
