They're served in a humble house-turned-restaurant on NE Broadway, but local foodies know that Chef Frank Fong's noodles are, as he claims, the best in town. Fong and his wife, Ying Jun Gao, stretch out their housemade noodles every day. They serve the hand-pulled creations boiled and then stir-fried with veggies like cabbage, onions, peppers, and celery, with special house sauce and y our choice of protein. Frank's also offers dumplings, Korean BBQ, and more adventurous choices like jellyfish salad and the house special of spicy pork bone and potato stew. The portions are so generous that you'll probably have enough for lunch the next day.
