The focal point of this museum is a permanent exhibit that traces the odyssey of French speaking populations to Québec and beyond, including American cities such as St. Louis, Detroit, and New Orleans. “Revelations: Understanding the World Through Art” helps celebrate the Séminaire de Québec’s 350th anniversary with an exhibit of paintings, sculpture, gold and silver pieces culled from the priests’ collections. It’s on view until August 30, 2015. The museum is located on the site of the seminary and visitors can tour the now-secularized chapel, which still displays a few saint relics. The seminary’s stunning inner courtyard is one of the most photographed nooks in the city.
