Famous for its Romagna-style homemade pasta dishes, meat stews and fresh fish, this lovely old trattoria once attracted a celebrity clientele, including legendary director Federico Fellini and his wife and muse, Giulietta Masina. Today, the menu features a blend of dishes from the Emilia-Romagna region plus includes Roman classics, but stick to the former (as that’s the chef’s area of expertise). These include: tagliatelle alla bolognese, carello dei bolliti (boiled meats), and excellent parmigiano reggiano aged cheeses.
