LA Almazara
A huge concrete and weathered steel cube with a single bull’s horn is the striking setting for LA Almazara, a ten-minute drive outside Ronda. The building is the work of the superstar industrial designer Philippe Starck, who describes it as “unexpected, incredible, and miraculous”. A multi-faceted oleo tourism experience lets you to visit local producer LA Organic’s olive oil mill and museum, learn about the architecture of the extraordinary building, enjoy wonderful views from the mirador, and taste a selection of premium AOVE extra virgin oils with artisanal bread.
