The inventive menu at Union Public House takes standard gastropub fare one step beyond, and includes dishes such as calamari fried in cornmeal dusted with Sichuan peppercorn and the signature Union burger complete with pickled onions and bacon jam. A never-ending drink menu features a lengthy list of craft brews and 30 beers on tap. The "Mexican Mule" is an updated version of the Moscow mule, made with ginger beer and tequila, copper mug and all.
