Restaurante Mirador de Doñana
You can get great shrimp and langostinos at almost any bar in Sanlúcar, but if you really want the top of the catch and the best views while enjoying it, the Mirador is the only choice. Many people are perfectly happy eating outside along the beach or in the indoor dining room, but for the best views, head upstairs where the name “scenic overlook of Doñana” is really true. The extensive seafood menu is also excellent, with interesting rice dishes and stews in addition to a mind-boggling—and rather expensive—selection of gambas, langostinos, and cigalas (prawns of various sizes). Reservations are essential for the best views, but the busy downstairs bar is also a treat.
