Dom St. Petri
The jewel of Schleswig is St. Peter's Cathedral, a brick Romanesque-Gothic Hallenkirche (hall church) begun in the 12th century. Its towering spire makes the rest of the Altstadt seem like so many dollhouses by comparison. Inside is the outstanding 16th-century Bordesholm Altarpiece,… - Landmark
Schloss Gottorf

Schleswig Nightlife
If you're looking for action, head for Lollfuss, running parallel to the Schlei between Schloss Gottorf and a north-side residential area. Many places here are cafes during the day and bars at night. The best and most popular pub of the lot is Patio, Lollfuss 3 (tel. 04621/29999; www.patio-online.de; bus: 1 or 2), an intimate two-story structure that usually stays open until midnight or 1am (considered very late in this small town). It also has Schleswig's most popular outdoor terrace. If you get hungry, you'll find pastas, salads, pizzas, and steaks for 4.50€ to 16€.
