What to Eat in Sibetan -- Sibetan is the home of salak or snake fruit, an applelike fruit covered with what looks like snakeskin. If you happen to be driving by Sibetan in the dead of night or very early in the morning, stop by Sibetan market, which sells some of the best babi guling (roast suckling pig) around. It is all finished by 6am.
