This is a fish restaurant with a twist: instead of just cooking up whole fish and large filets, with olive oil and lemon (as is the Greek way), Omega 3 borrows techniques from around the world. And it does them all on small plates, so your party can have a globe-trotting dinner, sharing a number of tastes. The plates range from exquisite servings of sashimi to fried calamari to ceviche (marinated raw seafood) to prawn risotto. All is accompanied by wines, again from sources around the world.
