At lunchtime, this busy bar piles its counter high with a wide variety of tapas, pinchos, and regional delicacies. Over-sized pork scratchings (torreznos) are a local favorite, as are the more challenging zarajos, a twisted ball of grilled lamb’s intestine. The croquettes, meatballs, and tortilla with ham and cheese are all delicious, as is the fast-flowing regional wine.
