Famous internationally for its appearance on the British gourmet comedy The Trip, Nöla serves exquisite short tasting menus and à la carte options at exceptionally affordable prices. The small dining room is set in the stone basement of the Casa del Doncel museum and diners can sit out on the patio in summer. Chef Jorge Maestro, who trained with some of Spain’s greatest chefs, has created three menus packed with regional and fusion flavors. Try plums stuffed with game rillettes and cannelloni with onion toffee and truffle bechamel, followed by torrija, a block of caramelized French toast served with artisanal ice cream. The presentation and service are spot on too.
