Chef Bobo Bergstrom's vaunted restaurant, the Edge, may be gone, shuttered for good in 2014, but Bergstrom's refined culinary sensibilities live on at this lively steakhouse in Rodney Bay Village. Here Bergstrom plays with "food on fire"—in particular dry-aged Black Angus steaks—in all kinds of interesting, albeit pricey, iterations. So you might start with rum-flamed shrimp or chicken skewers with grilled watermelon and pineapple. Mains range from dry-aged rib-eyes, New York strips, or tenderloins to pork ribs and grilled seafood such as local mahi-mahi, red snapper, yellowfin tuna, and spiny lobster. Sides veer from island-style (rice and peas) to trendy-healthy (warm quinoa salad) to comfort food (mac 'n' cheese), but are rarely anything but good and tasty. The restaurant's stylish open-air interior has a contemporary feel, with gauzy red draping and leather loungers in the bar area and a big open kitchen. Look for live music in the lounge on weekends.
