This shady oasis outside the Pasanggrahan Inn looks right onto the Philipsburg seafront, but its location at a quieter end of the boardwalk makes it feels slightly off the beaten path. The continental dishes globe-trot from Tahitian-style ceviche to spaghetti bolognese to New York strip. On special every night is a sprinkling of family-style dinners along the lines of Yankee pot roast or pork chops ($19.95 per person). Seafood, such as Caribbean lobster, is ultra-fresh, much of it the morning catch from the restaurant's own offshore-fishing boat. With beautiful views of Great Bay and sea breezes blowing through sun-dappled shade trees, this is a good spot to rest your weary touring (and shopping) bones.
