Skyway Jack’s
Food Network Magazine declared Skyway Jack’s the best breakfast place in Florida for its famous “scrapple”—a concoction of pretty much every part of a pig you’d normally never eat. We tried it and weren’t impressed, but see for yourselves. We prefer starting off the day at this downhome country kitchen with their eggs Florentine, stuffed French toast, even sweetbreads and eggs. Or go old school with eggs, grits, hash browns, and biscuits 'n’ gravy. For early risers or late-night partiers, Skyway Jack’s greases its griddle at 6am.
