The four-story building faces a parking lot, but the rooms are moderately spacious and reasonably comfortable. Three rooms have Jacuzzi tubs, and there's an outdoor pool.

Near Exit 225 off I-85 (Woodrow Wilson Pkwy.) north of town, the Holiday Inn Golf & Conference Center (tel. 800/465-4329 or 540/248-6020) is adjacent to the Country Club of Staunton, where guests can play.
