Dalida
Our favorite way to dine at this candlelit, handsome bistro is to get an array small plates, as the dishes here spans the globe from Tehran to Paris and beyond. Some favorites include the spicy feta brulée, and a spread of bone marrow and Jerusalem artichoke cream served with brioche. Brunch is also topnotch, with two prix fix menus offering standout dishes like the smoky Lebanese eggplant salad and zaatar- and sumac-slathered labneh cheese balls. Dalida's prices are slightly higher than simpler spots in the Levinsky Market, but if you come Sun-Thurs between 6pm-7:30pm everything on the menu is discounted by 30%. Even if you can’t make the happy hour, this gourmet spot is well worth the splurge.
