Planning a trip to The Ardeche

Getting There — Vallon-Pont-d’Arc is accessible by trains from Lyon connecting in Valence. It’s a 3-hr. journey from Lyon at about 40€ or 2 hr. 15 min. from Valence TGV station at about 20€. If you’re driving from Lyon, take the A7 south, then N7 at Montélimar Sud towards Pierrelatte. Head west on D13, then D59 and finally D4 to Vallon-Pont-d’Arc.
