This is what many people come to Umbria to experience -- a simple, historic guesthouse that drips with character and doesn't break the bank. Decked out in the style of a late 19th-century middle class family (only the bathrooms are modern), rooms feature period furniture, linens and wood-beam ceilings. There are no TVs or phones, but plenty of books lying around. It's a short walk from the Duomo and very popular -- book well ahead.
