In the warmer months, Big Crow is like a big backyard BBQ, where the drinks are endless and you never need to clean a dish. The menu of smoked and charcoal-grilled meats is summer through and through (rainbow trout with maple-roasted Brussels sprouts and pecans is a personal favorite). Come late autumn, the outdoor spot goes through a winter metamorphosis. In ski-chalet mode, the food gets heartier and the smoke wafts a little longer.
