Drake must love combining food and music; this is the second Toronto restaurant to make a Drake cameo (after Joso’s). In the music video for “Work,” the Real Jerk doubles as a Caribbean dancehall where Drizzy and Riri get lost in a crowd of smoke, bass, and pulsating bodies. Most nights, though, this is a great family spot for traditional Jamaican plates such as pepper shrimp, banana fritters, roti, and jerk chicken.
