The celebrity chefs work closely with farmers, and the mutual respect is evidenced in the truly inspired results. At $56 a head, the price might seem high, but given that the food is stellar and the atmosphere convivial, and the chefs work attentively on all details, the risky venture is proving a hit. Don't try to visit without a reservation. Service is warm and attentive.
