ASTURIAN/ANDALUCÍAN The menu here is a rather unusual combination, matching the bacon and beans (and hard cider) of Asturias with the fried foam of the Andalucían coast. Yet somehow the combination of chilly Cantabrian coast with the sunny Mediterranean works, and the cozy decor with walls covered in wine racks is welcoming. This is one spot where small-time fishermen stream in all day with the whiting, red mullet, and other small fish that they bring up in nets. If one brings a nice fat octopus, then there’s suddenly a special on the menu.
