It's almost a requirement to stroll down Trent's Renaissance streets with a gelato from Torre Verde-Gelateria Zanella, on Via Suffragio 6 (tel. 0461-232-039). Many flavors are made from fresh, local fruits in season, while others make no such attempt at wholesomeness and incorporate the richest chocolate and cream.
