Vero Amore adheres to the rigid Neapolitan (Italian) pizza-making standards that require pizzas to have thin crusts and be made with Italian flour and Italian tomatoes. The pizzas also have to be baked in a very hot wood-fired oven. Put this all together and you get pizzas that are simple in presentation yet packed with flavor.
