The West Bay Club
With some of the island's most spacious rooms, and a killer oceanfront perch, the West Bay Club is a winner. It may not have a great big pool or the pulsing Miami Beach vrooom of neighboring Wymara, but it does have handsome rooms (37 oceanfront suites and 20 garden-view studios) with marble floors and stainless-steel kitchens (studios and one-bedroom ocean-front suites have kitchenettes), terraces, huge bathrooms, and lots of closets. A short walk to the east takes you to the Bight Reef, where you can snorkel and see turtles and colorful marine life.
