The helpful and congenial owner, Debbie Manos, offers dive packages through Salt Cay Divers (www.saltcaydivers.tc), a fully equipped PADI dive shop with an inhouse divemaster offering instruction at every level, whale-watching excursions, sunset cruises, and snorkeling trips to nearby uninhabited islands. You can have Debbie stock your suite with groceries or choose a meal plan at the Coral Reef Bar & Grill, the island's only oceanside café. The Coral Reef also has a popular Sunday Barbecue Night, serving delicious barbecued ribs, slaw, peas 'n' rice, and Debbie's swoon-worthy peanut butter and chocolate pie (reservations are required).
