Open to the briny breezes of Grace Bay, this ever-popular oceanfront restaurant delivers the goods, led by celebrated executive chef Clive Whent and, on the cocktail side of the menu, the equally celebrated bartender Junior Brown. It's a pleasant, laidback place to dine, a sort of raised Creole cottage with latticework and tiki torches blazing on the beach. The food is hearty and plentiful, featuring elegant versions of local fish (coffee-rubbed rare tuna in an Asian marinade, almond- and herb-crusted grouper, blackened lobster on vegetable tart) as well as grilled or jerk meats. Conch wontons, served with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce, are a house specialty. The Bay Bistro serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with brunch served Saturday and Sunday. Don't miss the pig-roast bonfires during full moons.
