The best beer hall in town is Barfüsser, Lautenberg 1 (tel. 0731/6021110; www.barfuesser-brauhaus.de), a brewpub that also bakes its own pretzels. A beer garden overlooks the Danube. If you'd like to go on a tavern crawl, you can walk Neue Strasse down to the river. But if you have a beer at every place, you may not make it to the river.
