Mead Hall
Isle of Berk's cavernous indoor restaurant, located by the big rides, has something for everyone. The walls are festooned with tapestries, the ceiling is hung with a marvelous custom chandelier, and even the beer taps depict hand-carved characters, so of course the menu has a vaguely Viking/ Nordic flair: Swedish meatballs with lingonberry jam, pastrami-seasoned salmon, sausage with garlic potatoes, chicken drumsticks glazed with berry BBQ, vegan burgers, and salads. For dessert, don't neglect the photogenic Stormfly’s Catch of the Day, which is actually colorful sugar cereal topped with a cartoon fish-shaped chocolate mousse. And yes, Mead Hall serves mead, only here, it's essentially a sparkling dark grape juice called Gobber’s Mead.
You can either order by Mobile Order (in the app) and staff will bring your meal to you, or you can use the counter, but you'll need to know your table number first.
