Pizza Moon
Even before you taste its pizzas, the kinetic Victorian toy theatre décor of Pizza Moon (in between the portals to Super Nintendo World and Dark Universe) would be enough to attract you inside for a seat. But the pizza that it makes is much better than theme park pizza usually has the right to be. Not floppy cheese New York slices or meaty Chicago-style slabs, but a selection of made-to-order, personal artisan pizzas with the right amount of char on the crust. There's classic pepperoni (Pizza Moon Pepperoni), a tomato-and-mozzarella pie, (The Nanarossa), and some baked pasta choices for the conservative eaters among us.
But the real action is in the inventive concoctions like the Space Cowboy (BBQ sauce, rotisserie chicken, pickled red onion, olives, BBQ potato chips), The Giant Mushroom (roasted garlic béchamel, cheese, wild mushrooms, truffle aioli), and A Trip to Vesuvio, which spices things up with pepperoni, fennel sausage, roasted peppers, caramelized onions, cherry peppers, Calabrian chili, and hot honey. The star on the menu might be Pizza Lunare, which has gone viral for its eye-catching medley of roasted garlic béchamel, cheese, ricotta, pancetta, and garlic confit on a purple ube crust. You'll also find a salad called Rocket Fuel, which sounds intense but is really just a chef's salad that's well-coated (but not over-coated) with Italian dressing.
