This handsome eatery describes itself as a restaurant fusionnel. That’s because chef-patron Robert worked at some of Bangkok’s best hotel kitchens, and dishes like frogs’ legs with Thai basil sauce, and scallops flambéed in pastis with green pepper, are 90 percent French, 10 percent Asian. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are plentiful. The bargain wine list (from 22€ per bottle) is almost all completely organic.
