You’ll want to reserve in advance for a table in this bistro-cum-wine-shop, where hearty homemade dishes like duck terrine, entrecote, and apple tart are served alongside a choice of 200 wines, most of them biodynamic, sold at 15€ above shop price, if you eat in (take out is shop price). Le Sept’s motto? Only serve quality, seasonal produce from traceable, hand-picked sources. And it shows: the beef (from an artisan farmer in Normandy) cuts like butter, and the small plates of cheese and cold meats are flavor explosions unto themselves. Reservations are required.
