Dine by candlelight at Esperanza’s most romantic restaurant, which is blessed by sea breezes and a view of the bay. The spiny lobster and ahi tuna are impressive plates as are the amarillo wrapped tenderloin in an almond baklava crust and dorado wrapped in pancetta. If you spend more than a few days in Vieques, you’ll probably want to eat here more than once…if your wallet is deep enough: Portions aren’t large, but prices are.
