If you have kids with you, be sure to stop at this private petting zoo east of town, where you’ll find both axis deer and reindeer, as well as miniature horses, donkeys, and cattle. Best of all, you get to pet and feed the deer and some of the other animals. You’ll also see bison, llamas, a camel, coatimundis, and even wallabies and marmosets. Between April and August, you’re likely to see newborns.
