A cheeseburger and a milkshake may be the meal of choice for most visitors to this Route 66 town, but here at the Red Raven, culinary horizons are a bit broader. Start your meal with Southwestern egg rolls served with a smoky chipotle dipping sauce. Then try the pork loin with cilantro pesto or the basil-butter salmon with cranberry–pine nut couscous. There are also plenty of steaks. Although it’s fairly casual, this is by far the most sophisticated restaurant in town.
